What's for lunch?
As you will already be aware, we are moving from our current provider Innovate to a new food provider called AIP. This is a Great Learners Trust contract, which we believe will offer a better overall service.
The new provider, AIP, uses a system called School Food United as their online portal.
The next steps for ALL West Wycombe parents/carers is to register on the online portal, which can be accessed here: https://parents.schoolfoodunited.com/login
From here, you will need to register and set up accounts for your child/ren and detail any allergies, etc. It is worth registering even if your child has packed lunches as you may wish to partake in our special theme days.
On our website you will find useful information including…
- A parent guide and how to register letter which details how to sign up for meals under the new provider.
- An app launch letter which allows you to download the app so it can be accessed on your mobile phone allowing you to make meal changes up until 9am on the day of service.
- An order option soon letter, which details that although this service will not be utilised until 15th April 2024, you can begin to order meals on the online portal for this date onwards.
- Special diet form – please fill this in if you child has any allergies or special dietary requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: The new provider system will begin serving meals after the Easter Break from Monday 15th April 2024. Please continue to order meals from Innovate until we break up on Thursday 28th March 2024. However, please set up your new account well in advance! Thank you.
Thank you for your cooperation with this. We understand that changing provider can be difficult, but we hope this will be a positive outcome for all involved. If you have any questions in the meantime, please email AIP directly on: Parent@SchoolFoodUnited.com or contact the school office: office@wwglt.co.uk.
Alternatively, pop in and we'll give you a hand signing up.
