Expertise/ experience: Education is central to my professional life as in my day job I work for a not-for-profit education research organisation leading their HR function. While this is my first governor role I have done a number of voluntary roles in the past, including for a local HR professionals group and for a cycling club. I have two boys, one who joined West Wycombe last year and the other who will be starting in September. I have a love for open spaces and the countryside, so I can often be found out walking with the boys and increasingly these days on our bikes (now the youngest can cycle).
